66 yo widowed, professional male moving to Baldwin County/Pensacola area from TN. Conservative, quiet, drug and drama free looking for a place to stay while I decide on an area to buy a house in. I would prefer at least a 12 month lease so that I am under no pressure to find a home. I am active, don’t smoke, drink or use drugs and prefer the same. No pets, but do not object to one in the home. Semi-retired, but run an additive manufacturing company offsite and will be gone most of the day.
