Hi! I’m Erika, a 27 year old with a solid job as a contractor at Naval Base Ventura County in Port Hueneme. Usually working between M-F 7:00AM-5:00PM depending on the day. I’m pretty chill and love to drink and socialize, but equally value my own space and privacy. I like things to be neat in shared spaces and want the same from my roommate(s). I like to make the occasioanal meal at home so I’d need some fridge and cabinet/ pantry space. If you lack any kitchen stuff, chances are I’d be able to provide it. I’m great at cleaning up after myself. I have my own furniture that I’d want to use so I’m seeking unfurnished only. I also have my own living room furniture so any talk of a “teamup” we’d have to go over whose stuff to use. I’m tired of paying for a storage unit if we’re being real. I like the idea of living closer to the coast hence the decent budget for a room. I travel for work anywhere between a couple days to a couple weeks out of the month. Female roomate(s) would be ideal but if I have my own bathroom I really don’t care.
