Hello, my name is Paul and I’m looking for a room to rent in a nice, clean house near Universal. I’m 28 years old, in school, and work full-time at The Golf Channel. I am clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. The room I’m renting right now is not working out (the rest of the house is very dirty, and the landlord and other room renter that live there are creepy dudes). Hoping to find a normal house with normal people.
