Hi everyone, I’ll be staying in Southern CA for a few months during the summer/early fall. I’m looking for a furnished room on a month to month lease in or close to Burbank/North Hollywood.

As a (hopefully) future storyboard artist it would be nice to be able to connect with some people from the entertainment industry or like-minded individuals.

I’m 23 years old, pretty easygoing, clean and respectful. I won’t invade your personal space, touch your stuff or eat your food. I don’t play any loud music or make lots of noise in the morning or evening. I’ll also help out with the household chores, since I think this is only fair - but won’t be your personal house maid though ;) . I love all types of animals and have no allergies, so pets are fine too.

If you wanna hang out that would be great, since I don’t know the area yet or anyone who lives there, but don’t feel obliged to. I love comedy, movies, drawing, swimming and adventurous sports.

Any help or anyone who has a room available would be a huge help. Thanks in advance! If you have questions, don’t be afraid to ask.
