Easy going, friendly, artist and musician looking for a private room. Prefer hardwood or cement floors. Thrive in backyard garage setting. Enjoy cooking, riding a bicycle, painting, reading, playing guitar, adventuring & watching movies. Fairly quiet, good with kids and pets. Not interested in high stress, dramatic, needy, aggressive individuals. Prefer roommates who can clean up after themselves, are comfortable with themselves, don’t have addictive behaviors, respect privacy and boundaries. Would like to have dinner parties now and then, strategy board game night once in awhile, possibly a music room and a garden. I work painting murals at elementary schools, recording bands, making illustrations, layout and graphic design as well as other odd jobs. I also make money with my own art and music. Once I find a place I will more than likely get a part time gig within biking distance.
