I’m a very laid-back person, but I do have a few expectations about cleanliness and noise levels. If I come into a conflict, I will do whatever I can to come to a peaceful resolution. Communication is important to me. I like to experiment with cooking recipes from time to time, and I would be happy to make meals for more than just myself. I have a stable career in teaching and do not foresee any issue paying all my rent and bills on time. I do not smoke, drink, or do any sort of drugs. I would not tolerate anyone in my household using any type of illegal substance. I have no pets, but could probably live with any that you bring.
