I have excellent references with in the Rancho Bernardo senior community of Eight years and no prior evictions and a way above Excellent credit score would be more than willing to do a background check (Live Scan) and drug test if necessary I don’t have a problem with that. I am a tidy individual who can adhere to cleaning regiments, handy with minor home repairs and easy to get along with that respects boundaries and personal ideologies and diverse cultures who is an occasional student that would make an excellent solid roommate.
