We are having to relocate due to our last homeowner/ roommate passing away from natural causes at the age of 81 and the house being left to family who no longer wish to lease out the rooms. We are both on fixed incomes receiving Social Security checks, so rent money is guaranteed. Plus we both work part time for extra income. We are respectful, cleanly and easy going people. We believe in cleaning up after ourselves, respecting personal space, sharing in household chores and maintenance and helping out as much as possible in regards to whatever else. We do have a well trained, older, small dog who goes with at least one of us every time we leave the house. I was married to Mike’s son who passed away February of last year. We are dealing with this loss and trying to move on to the next chapter in life.
