I work 9-6 in Santa Monica, have a PhD in Org Psych, go to the gym most days after work, like to cook (especially for others), and have a stable girlfriend in Long Beach. I’d spend most weekends down there. I also have a motorcycle you can ride (or learn to ride). Oh! And I’d share all my streaming subscription passwords, of course.

I figure we could find a pretty nice 2-bedroom around here we can be equals – none of that feeling like a guest in someone else’s home. Let’s be equals! Of course you can have overnight guests and do whatever you want – it’d be your house too.

Best living situation I ever had was with a stranger girl I met at an open house and we decided to look for a place together for convenience and now we’re best friends.
