What I look for in an ideal roommate are the same behaviors I hold myself to. I am clean (pick up after myself and always help with household chores), I am respectful of everyone’s personal space and personal property, I always pay my rent on time (have a steady full time job that I work hard at), and I’m an easy going/friendly guy (have always found it easy to get along and fit in with any new roommate(s)/living situation). I also probably won’t be there much due to the many hours I work.
