I’ve always paid rent on time, am quiet to live around, and I will be very busy between work and school. I can hold down a job, and have left all past jobs- either due to finding a better opportunity or relocating. Currently, I am a parts manager for a boat marina, living in Spring Hill Florida, but commuting to Crystal River every day. I like to be outside, exercise, and play video games in the free time I do have. I know how to pick up after myself and contribute what’s needed to a household. My current lease will be up in July and I do not feel my current roommates are responsible enough to continue trusting my living situation with. I am looking for an affordable place to live while I finish college.
