I work 12-15hrs a day. I run a food & beverage department at a hotel, so I just need a place to come home to crash, bath, and wash my cloths. In the area for about a year developing this hotels department, then will be transferred somewhere else. I have a home in New Smyrna but just need a room to rent in Tampa/Brandon area while on this job. I have (2) cats that are behaved and will keep to themselves. If you have a screened-in patio/lanai for me to let them out on when I come home for a few minutes to get fresh air, you are a rock star. Quiet, keep to myself, pay bills on time, handy and can help with things if necessary around the house/yard when I get a couple hours off. Non-smoker. Clean. Quiet. You won’t even notice I’m there most of the time except that I bring home gifts from work in the fridge/etc.
