Im 45 yr old single female looking for a room for myself (no kids or pets ) out going, honest, I clean up after myself & go above and beyond expectations no matter the situation, & I am conflict free. I don’t know the area(,move here from California) . I don’t know anybody from around here so guest wouldnt be a problem . And I’m basically in my room all the time . I don’t bring drama of any sort. . I have steady income . Ideally a room located near a shopping center or public transportation because I’ll be without a vehicle First month . wanting to move in April
