Nicholas & Jessica

Hello, my name is Nicholas J. Foutch, I am a 27 year old male with a 33 year old girlfriend whose name is Jessica Lynn Warren. The past year has been a rough one for us but we are back on our feet and trying to pick ourselves up, I’m currently unemployed but have been a commercial plumber for the past four years and I’m almost journeyed out, I will be going back to work very soon and Jessica is employed full-time at MOD Pizza by 156th Street in South Hill, we have no pets and are neat clean people who are just trying to make the most of ourselves and prove ourselves to be worthy again, respect is a huge huge thing to me as well as her and I love to reciprocate good vibes, we do not do drugs at all, in fact I will most likely be attending AA meetings. We do smoke cigarettes but only outside and are very clean and neat about how we dispose of them as well as washing our hands when we come in. I will be looking to start work again ASAP and we can offer a few months rent in advance to secure the place and help you out as well with the rent. It would be a very large help to us in our lives that we would more than commend you on for taking the time to invest in us as you will not regret it, as we only have three weeks left in our current place.
