Hello! I’m Dr. J.T. Taylor and I am a former professor who has relocated to Nashville. I am now a music journalist, a podcaster, and a fashion buyer in Nashville.

I am looking for a place at 800 a month or less with my sweet and very well-trained doggie. I’m quiet, responsible, resourceful, connected, and respectful. My only needs are a private bathroom and some time during the week to record in my room.

I write about live music as one of my jobs (see: Hyperactive Ghost if you’re curious), and it would mean coming home late some nights. I currently have a room in Nashville, but the owner is leaving the country on July 1st.

For full disclosure, my dog is 80 pounds of good boy and I’m aware that’s not for everyone.
