Hello! I am a looking for a room to rent starting immediately, private room preferred. I will be attending Berkeley City College in the fall and I am looking to move to Berkeley and get settled now. I’ve lived in the Bay Area for about 5 years and have family in Oakland. I am a responsible hard worker and have a steady job.  I pride myself on being on time with rent and bills. I am a friendly and respectful person, I keep to myself sometimes during the school semesters to focus on work and school, but I do love to socialize when I have free time! I don’t have a ton of possessions and I clean up after myself - not a neat freak or anything, but understand living with others and having respect for common spaces.
