Yo! My names jarmar but you can call me JJ, I’m a pretty peaceful guy, I don’t like confrontation and I go out of my way to avoid drama or any type of issues. More than willing to talk and try to figure out changes or fixes if need be. Rather that then any uncomfortable situations. Pros of having me around, I’m very friendly and respectful, in ALL cases I will try my best to make living with me as chill as possible since I like my peace just as much as the next person. I don’t do too much in the house like blasting music on a speaker or running around, at MOST you might hear my yell maybe here and there when I’m playing video games but that’s about it. I’m a gamer, anime watcher, foodie, ex-college athlete. Very good with pets. Cons of living with me is I am in no way the CLEANEST person when it comes to my own personal space. I cannot guarantee I’ll keep my room tip top shape, but if it’s ever a serious issue I’ll fix it. on the other hand after living with 2 elder woman in the house I’ve grown to always clean up behind myself. I won’t leave a bunch of dishes, I’ll go out of my way to do any physical labor around the house like taking the trash out, putting the bins out, whatever needs to be done. I don’t leave a mess outside of my own personal space, that much I can promise. I do have a dog who I would like to bring with me but he is not a mandatory must with me. I’m working at SFO full time as a ramp agent and urgently need to live closer to my job. Other then that, open to any questions! Thank you!
