Work 2 jobs, looking for short term, possibly long term housing, trying to go back to culinary school, save for own place, buy a car, support my 2 children. I currently don’t have vehicle like place near public transportation. I’m quite person, not looking for space to have guests over, just a clean space, private, access to kitchen - enjoy cooking, I’m organized and clean in my space so want someone who takes care of themselves as well if I’m sharing housing. I smoke but will smoke outside, and discard my cigarette butts. I have no pets, I don’t mind if shared housing has pets, if they are responsible for their own, and does not smell of pet odor. No significant other, no time for games, trying to save money for future move and opportunities.
