Ryan

Hello! My name is Ryan, and I’m a full-time student at Clark College. I’m finishing my last quarter at Clark and then I’ll be attending WSU-Vancouver, so ideally would like to find a place close to campus. I’m very easygoing, respectful, and highly motivated, and am looking for a peaceful place to live with housemates who are responsible and friendly. I pay my bills on time, contribute to housework, and though I don’t drink or use drugs, responsible use by others doesn’t bother me. I have good credit and cash on hand for a deposit, and although I could afford to live on my own, I prefer to live with others for financial and social reasons. In my spare time (which isn’t much) I like to ride my motorcycle, go to the movies, and explore Portland. I’m very open-minded and calm under pressure, so if there’s ever an emergency, I’m someone you’d appreciate having around.
