I am employed FT, quiet, do not smoke or drink, and do not have parties. I am liberal and LGBTQ friendly. I would like a similar-minded roommate who can pass a background check, is friendly and responsible, neat/clean, and has reliable employment. I prefer a roommate without children. I lead a quiet, routine, calm life and seek someone who does the same. My budget is $550-650 for rent and utilities.
