Cheyenne & Jacob

Both my boyfriend and I are very clean. Even though we just turned 21, we both have full time jobs (and then some) and each are going to school. Jacob is going to school to become a physical therapy tech (graduating this summer!) and I just started my prerequisites to become a nurse. I am working as a tech in an emergency room (almost 3 years!). We are currently living in our parents house (he’s with his and I’m with mine). We got our own place when we were 19 but it was too expensive, so sadly we had to let it go at the end of the lease! We are looking to move out after he graduates (May) or within the summer. We want to be able to rent with a person(s) that have the same work ethic as we do, but also be our friend(s) and let loose at the same time! We do have 2 cats of our own so please keep that in mind if you message me! We prefer Round Rock, but Georgetown would be awesome as well! Assuming another couple rents with us, we are looking in the $1500-$1700 or lower (around 400$ each). A house is preferred. If it will only be 3 of us then 1300 or lower would be perfect (willing to stretch a bit). We are pretty easy going and won’t complain about much. It will be as much your home as it is ours, we won’t be a**holes on who you have over or what you do. I would prefer if we met our future roommate(s) first in person (after talking on here) to make sure we would get along! Ultimately we just want to have a place we can call home with good vibes and people we can eventually call friends! P.S. we also prefer roomies around our age (up to 30)! 420 friendly!
