Greetings

My name is James. I’m a 48 year-old single male who doesn’t have children or pets. I currently rent a room in a private residence in Coral Springs. I’m looking to rent a room preferably with my own bathroom or shared bathroom with clean and organized people. I hope to find a reasonably quiet and safe environment free of drugs, drama with kitchen privileges.

I would describe myself as a respectful easy going type of person. I have few friends and I live a relatively quiet and reserved lifestyle.

I date occasionally so I’d prefer a landlord who allows occasional visitors.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Rehab Tech. I currently work full time - Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. as a Rehab Tech in a nursing home in Broward County

In addition to my full-time job, I also work side jobs: private caretaker, house cleaning, car washing, yard work, window cleaning, painting, pressure cleaning, moving, home organizing, driver, house-sitting and more. 

I’m looking to move by April 1, 2021.

Employed full-time, no criminal background, no evictions, no bankruptcies, good credit, non-smoker, non-drinker, drug-free, don’t party, pay bills on time, quiet, respectful, no people traffic, no pets, no kids, trustworthy, clean and organized.
