I have lived in intentional community for the past 12 years, so I have lots of experience with what it takes to live in interconnected ways with others. I am quiet and a good listener and I enjoy sharing the daily ups and downs of life with people I live with. I am an educator with a passion for the natural world and I am very engaged in climate work. I am fluent in Spanish and love to connect with people of varying cultures. I’m also very open – and used to – sharing spaces with people of different ages, backgrounds, and perspectives. I enjoy growing food and I have a small organic farm in Ecuador where, in partnership with a family, we grow cacao and make chocolate – I bring back delicious aromatic chocolate, which I love to share and helps me be “great to live with”! I love to dance and to spend time hiking in the mountains. It’s important to me to be able to walk and bike and get around without complete reliance on a car. I have a sweet and gentle older dog and enjoy living with animals. I am moving to the Triangle area from Missouri to be closer to family. I’m looking for compatible roommates to share a house in Durham, Carrboro, or Chapel Hill.
