I’m friendly and welcoming, social and love getting to know a diverse array of types of people. While I enjoy getting to know others, I also highly value my alone time to recharge. I’m average tidiness, but my spaces are never dirty. Gay man here, I don’t anticipate that being an issue in PDX but I like to be upfront. I’m sex positive, and ideally roommates would be too, but am more than willing to accommodate roomies’ preferences. Respectful and kind. Stay/lease length is flexible, as of now I’m looking for 4-6 months. I would reconsider for the right living situation.
