I don’t drink or smoke. Pretty much to my self. Work for an IT firm. Will be on calls for almost 10-12 hours a day talking to clients and team members (so I prefer a room that does not carry too much sound :)).

I have excellent credit (750+), good income (can be verified) and excellent reference from my current landlord (I moved in beginning of 2019, and have been there since then). I am relocating to Massachusetts as my client changed (and I need to be in the East Coast due to the timezone)
