Hello! :) I’m Lindsay. I’m a 33 year old professional, and I’m looking for a quiet place to stay in, preferably with a yard. Looking to live with female room mates preferably. I would also be open to finding another person to look for an apartment together with, in any part of the greater Phoenix area. I’m quite boring these days, not interested in partying or anything like that. I’m friendly but quiet in groups. I don’t really watch TV or listen to music very often, but I do enjoy watching movies. I also like hiking, exploring new places, especially places with lakes, trying new low cost restaurants, and the occasional happy hour! I’ve been employed by the same company for 8.5 years. I have a bachelor’s degree. My credit is outstanding and you can count on me to pay on time and in full. I’m not a total clean freak but I like things reasonably clean most of the time. I’m fussy about keeping certain things very clean like dish towels, hand towels, or bathroom surfaces. I’m happy to keep the temperature pretty warm during the summer and try not to use the heat very often in winter, to keep energy use down. I don’t smoke or do drugs, and am only a light drinker. I have no human children. :) I am single, and I will NOT be bringing strangers to stay over. I will not eat your food unless you offer it to me. I promise to be respectful and considerate of you, any other room mates or visitors, and your home. I have a super cute 3 year old dog and she is super gentle, sweet, calm, and very well behaved, and soft :). She is almost always quiet, but she will bark if someone comes to the door. She has no destructive behavior and never has accidents. She gets along with other dogs though she is submissive and gets a little anxious if they’re overly friendly or playful with her. I also have 3 wonderful, calm, adult indoor cats who are very gentle with people and have been cool with the dogs they’ve lived with. I’m used to vacuuming often and will continue to do so! You can enjoy the company of adorable animals with none of the responsibility or commitment! :) I’ve been working from home for a few years so I have a desk and would prefer to stay working from home if possible, if the house could be quiet during the week during business hours as I would be taking business calls all day.
