Mid 20’s engineer with a very stable job in downtown Portland, originally from the true northern climes of California. I’m a clean-living, respectful and empathetic guy with wide ranging interests (photography, baking, visual arts, handicrafts, hiking, swimming, product design, gardening…) and I am looking for a space in a house of similar and similarly-aged folks. Looking to build friendships and be part of an active and friendly community. I am strongly committed to a drug- and smoke- free lifestyle, and consume alcohol very rarely. (I prefer my rum in rum cake!)

Conscientious of my actions and their impact, I am proactive and thorough in maintaining clean and tidy spaces, and prefer to address household problems with promptness, empathy and pragmatism. I enjoy intellectual conversations and derpy puns alike, but I approach all communication and actions with an eye to awareness of and respect for all community members.
