Hey y’all Marcos and Dylan here two best friends looking to fill two rooms. We found a Wonderful 4 bed 3 bath house in Van Nuys with a nice backyard located in a gated community.

We’re looking for one person to take the master bedroom which is 12 ft X 17ft. There is also an attached full bath that includes a shower and tub, as well as a walk in closet. This room we’re looking for someone that could pay $1400. Also up for grabs is the first floor bedroom room that comes with a personal bathroom next to it. We’re looking for someone to pay $1200 for this room. It has its own personal entrance into the house. Both rooms have full access to the entire house.

The house has a large living room and kitchen with a big island. 4 parking spots on the property. In-unit washer and dryer included. Plus there is guest parking. Utilities would be spilt evenly. We’re both nice, clean communicative and respectful. We ask that you’re LGBTQ friendly and POC friendly. Also we both are 420 Friendly. Mainly we just ask you to be respectful of the living space and we will do the same. Reach out
