Clean and organized, Married Couple i work as a receptionist at spyder auto and my husband works warehouse full time. responsible, always out working and on weekends, minds own business, doesn’t steal, great cook, open communication and understanding about house rules. We have two small children little girl age 3 and son age 1 who are behaved and quiet enrolled in daycare. Can provide own food and pay rent, electric, water, and cable . We do not bring any guests over because of our children but roomates are allowed to. P.S. we are minimalist so most of our things and kids toys will be in storage since we dont allow our children to leave toys and make messes they are disciplined.
