Chance

Hello! I am a 37 yr old single nb lesbian (they/them). My legal name is still Heather but I prefer to go by the name “Chance”. I am looking to share a room and save some money with someone similar :) I am clean, I don’t leave things worse than I found them, and pretty easygoing. I am also known to cook/bake/grill/bbq relatively well and would be happy to make a shared meal for us every once in a while! I’m down for chilling or the occasional party, but I am relatively quiet and sometimes just enjoy my alone time. I’d prefer not to live with people wanting to party every night or be generally really loud constantly past 10pm. Every once in a while loud is fine though. I’ve been living with a roommate for the last 2 years, but our building is being demolished and we will no longer be able to live within it, so I’m looking for a similar rent situation/location to move into at the beginning of August.
