Hello, I’m Dwayne. I’ve been having issues with roommates and apartments and I need a space that I can call my own. I generally keep to myself, I stay clean, and I’m comfortable with helping out around the house as needed. My work schedule is usually from about 9/10am to 1pm then from about 4/5 to 7/8pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays at my gym. Please reach me asap if this room is still available.
