Hello! Looking for sweet people to share space with. My budget is $1000-$1600 depending on the space and would prefer monthly, but open to discussing minimum length of stay if the vibe feels right.

My name is Thena, I’m queer, and I work from home in the healthcare industry. I moved here initially as a short-term stay from LA, but have decided to stay longer term. I have a small well behaved hypoallergenic dog named Wookie who just sleeps at my feet and will be in my room majority of the time. During the day, I’m usually working with headphones on and will make little trips to the kitchen. Also depending on my projects, I’ll work from coffee shops. I try not to be in the way and understand if you’d like space and the house to yourself at times. I enjoy occasional conversations here and there or even movie nights with my roommate/s, but also totally respect if you prefer doing your own thing. On my free time, I like to skateboard, rock climb, bike, go camping, look at art, concerts, hike, and paddle board. I’m super laid-back, clean, respectful, considerate, helpful around the house, and I come along w/ great references from previous landlords and roommates.
