Recently moved from MN to NC and am trying to get established here. Currently living with family but would like to move out to experience independence again. I’ve lived with roommates and alone before so I understand my responsibilities as a tenant. I’ll be working a lot and looking into attending Wake Tech part-time. I tend to keep to myself but am happy to make new friends! I can comfortably afford $600/month right now but, likely within the next month (starting new job $20/hr on June 12th), I’ll be able to afford a higher cost of rent. I have good credit (723 according to Experian), only thing on my background is two speeding tickets from years ago, and I’ve been drug-free for 5 months now but don’t mind what you do as long as you’re respectful of me maintaining my sobriety.
