Hi, I’m Erik. Quiet, clean, responsible, introvert, borderline hermit. That described me pretty well. I’m a marketing manager at a local Realtor® association, and work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM there. I also have a side hustle with my business partner that usually keeps me working most days until 9:00 PM, possibly later. I don’t smoke, don’t drink much, don’t party, don’t have friends, so I don’t have people over ( I know, it’s sad, I’m crying on the inside), and I can be a little bit of a neat freak. But really I just like a nice, clean quiet place to live. I currently live in Sarasota with my friend and her boyfriend for the last 4 years. I took a job in Fort Myers, but the commute is…less than ideal, to put it mildly. So needless to say, finding a place in Fort Myers would be great.
