Hiya Bostonians! My name is Meg, and I am a 23-year-old young professional looking for a potential housemate to share a 2-bedroom apartment with! I am currently looking in the areas of Jamaica Plain, Fort Hill, Allston, Brighton, Watertown, East Boston, West Roxbury/Roslindale, Somerville, and Cambridge. I am hoping to stay below $1,400 a person and have free laundry either in-unit or in the building. My move-in date is flexible, anytime between June 15th and September 1st is doable for me! A little about me ☺️ I work in supported employment for people with disabilities and absolutely love all things accessibility and disability rights advocacy! I am sadly allergic to cats but am a major dog lover. I volunteer at an animal shelter, and it truly is my home away from home (the next best thing to owning a furry friend!). In my free time, I love outdoor adventures, Thirsty Scholar trivia nights, dance and fitness workshops, theatre-going, board game marathons, homemade ice cream experiments, trips to quaint coffee shops, tv/movies, and kickball season with new/old friends. What I am looking for in a housemate: I am excited to live with a kind, respectful young professional who values taking care of our shared space and keeping it tidy. I do not smoke and am a LGBTQIA+ ally 💛 I value open and honest communication and want my housemate to feel warm and welcome in the place we share. I am not a late-night gal (more of an early bird), though would love to be able to host small game/movie nights in a new place!
