Hi, My name is Debbie. I am looking for myself. I am a retired Christian lady who is financially secure. I don’t feel 73, and I’m told that I don’t seem like I am. I always pay my rent on time or early. I am quiet, happy, and independent. I do not drink, smoke, or do drugs, or party and am looking to live in a quiet, safe environment with a like minded person or people (prefer female). My personality is very consistent and drama free. I am sociable, I like people and have a happy welcoming nature, but I pretty much keep to myself. I grew up in an enormous Irish family, 48 first cousins, so I am very accepting of different personalities. I am an optimistic, responsible, respectful, clean person. I have a lot of hobbies, creating things, being outside, traveling, I love learning, taking various classes, and reading to mention a few. I am pet friendly (but have none of my own), and have helped take care of my previous landlords cats and dog, when they were away for vacations or work. My children are adults with full, happy lives, and two granddaughters, one in college, one in high school. I have years of great references, and receipts of paying early or on the due date. I have to move by February 15-20. I am hoping to pay $1000.00, (there may be some flexibility for the right situation) including utilities, WiFi, kitchen and laundry access. I’m looking in Orange County CA, and open to various areas. I could start with month to month. That is what I ’ve done in the past, one time I ended up staying two years until the lady had to sell her home. This last time I stayed for five years until the landlord became seriously ill and needed to change his situation. I am only looking for myself, I must have clicked on something that said I was looking with others.
