Hi! I will be looking for a room to rent that is a good fit. I have downsized my belongings so I don’t require much space. I like a clean living situation that is nice enough to accommodate guests. Ideally, I am also looking for:

  • Washer/Dryer in home access
  • Plentiful Parking
  • Will consider short AND long-term agreement(s)
  • Prefer own bathroom but can share
  • I can cook, but I don’t
  • Walking distance to shops/ town center(s) would be perfection!

I am a regular person who works a lot. I travel between Vienna and Alexandria for work. I also play guitar and love live music.
