Hi, my name is Adrian and I currently work as a freelance music producer/audio engineer. I have a part time job at a music studio and work from home. I am also a student at the Los Angeles Recording School. Things are picking up for me professionally so I need to be close to the Burbank/Hollywood area, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills etc. I’m also looking at Santa Monica, or Glendale.

I am looking for someone to share an apartment or a house. I work from home sometimes so I need a big room to work and have my own privacy. My work never gets loud and I respect late-night quiet hours, or whatever house rules are in place. During my free time I usually like to chill in my room and play video-games/watch shows. I don’t smoke and drink occasionally.

I have a small, friendly cat that I would like to take with me, she is very clean, quiet, respectful and properly trained, the litter-box will be in my bathroom.

I don’t have any preference regarding who I’m with as long as you are chill and respectful to others.
