My Name is RJ Wije (shortened for ease) Anyway, In the past I worked with fortune 500 companies such as Toyota HQ, Direct TV HQ and many other companies in the IT/IS dept, I’ve had some health challenges and have lost some of my eye sight (left eye blind), I am partIy sighted(no cane or stick) I work from home commodities trading stocks and Bitcoin, due to trying to save my eye sight issues my credit has taken a hit medical bills and such, anyway, I have made a solid income trading and can show proof via a live Zoom screenshare, and if you are concerned about rent then I am willing to pay in advance every 3 months rent, so that you can be assure that the rent is paid on time, you would have to be the home owner and that it can be verified or simular verification, as a renter in your home, all I ask is to be treated fairly, I do not smoke, drink or do drugs & no drama, I am a down to business kind of guy, I am no longer able to drive, so I use Lyft/Uber to get groceries and such shopping needs, my requirements are a safe place to live/shower and sleep, kitchen and laundry privileges, if you have internet and I can use that…great. I like to go to church if nearby walking distance, and I play guitar, I am pretty much a simple guy, I will NOT be having guests hanging around the home, just me, I like cats and dogs but I do not have any, I prefer to talk on the phone rather than text endlessly, I am open to both month/month or 6-12 month lease, I am looking for cheap rent in a safe location area. I know how to clean and share the load in house chores, I know how to do construction I can bring some of my tools if you have a very secure/lockable place for them (did remods for 15yrs b4 going into IT/IS) I can live in peace with men, women & kids (I am very protective of children), I watch TV & movies on my computer and am an avid study of many subjects, I cook simple meals for myself and I use my own pots, and pans, I would need some cupboard and fridge/freezer space if you have a backyard, I would like to grow some fresh veggies (summer) & salads(winter) in buckets if allowed, I usually go to bed early and wake up early, I identify myself as a Christin, I believe in the Trinity, but I also question a lot of things…If interested in renting to me, looking forward to hearing from you, I would like to ask you about your city and the area there…Best wishes and hope you have a productive day…RJ
