Aloha. I am a busy, respectful, cheerful, helpful, young 60 year old female. I have great references from housemates, landlord, employer, and neighbors. I am reliable, with excellent credit.

I am retired from Human Services, but work 2 days a week at Kokua Market food Co-op. I’m there Mondays and Fridays if you’d like to drop by. One day a week I help my disabled friend. I garden at Manoa Community Garden several days a week. I also take classes at the OSHER Institute at UH Manoa.

I would make an excellent housemate for a senior who wants to live independently, and fulfillingly, with some help. I can help with appointments, shopping, errands, driving, cleaning, meds, etc. and gardening. 2 full days, or up to 20 hours a week. Safety is a priority. My flexible budget is ballpark $850, and can work to offset some of the rent.

I have lived in co-ops and shared households, and really love sharing a home with positive people of any age. I love kids and animals. Am very quiet and clean. I use shared spaces minimally. I am seeking to live with friendly people in a quiet place, with a half bath or own bathroom.

A parking space and something green out the window would be a bonus. I am ready to move in any time My wonderful current landlord must sell the property. I’ve been on Oahu Ave. for 10 years, and was previously on Alani Drive.
