I’m a clean, organized and friendly person who is looking to rent a room with move in date in August 25th, 2023. My lease is ending by that time, and the price increase for a renewal is not within my budget.

My ideal place would be somewhere near UTC area since I work at UTC mall and I don’t have a car. I really want a 2 bed/2 bath, so that each of us have our own bathroom; also a washer and dryer in unit would be ideal but I’m flexible in that matter.
