I’m a pretty good roommate. I’m quiet, a bit of a loner so people won’t be in and out constantly. I’m training to be a teacher but won’t be able to start until the start of the next school year (August 2019). However, I’m going to start working as a substitute teacher in January so I will have some source of income starting in January. I’m fairly neat as far as cleanliness goes and I’m a decent cook. I’m apt at basic household chores and don’t hesitate to do my fair share. I’m bisexual and a smoker, but have no problem having to smoke outdoors if needed.
