Hello. I am a recent transplant to Miami from Tampa, looking for a place as close to South Beach for an easier commute.

I don’t mind keeping to myself or being social if we click, as long as we work great as roommates I am satisfied.

I have an indoor cat that can be kept to my personal room if preferred or needed, I understand.

I am fairly clean, I try to stay in the habit of using only one set of dishes that I clean after use. But I am terribly forgetful about laundry so please show mercy. 😅
