Hello!

Looking for a room in a house along i90 between Worcester and Watertown. My work is in Marlborough.

My needs include a garage stall for my challenger hellcat, and I own two cars so adequate parking for all vehicles. (my toxic trait is I am addicted to muscle cars. Upside, I come with tools so material-cost oil changes for the house lol).

Otherwise, I am quiet (except when exercising, but I aim to do that when everyone’s out of the house or find a time that doesn’t disturb anyone) and clean. I prefer to keep minimal clutter in common areas and no filth at all. I like a peaceful home without excess noise or excessive guests, though I do like people it’s just nice to come home to unwind.

Mostly I stick to my room when home if not cooking/baking in the kitchen (and when I am baking it’s always shared! Usually cookies). I’m one of those weirdos that doesn’t really use the common areas. In the spring/summer/fall I am out a lot with my car or playing beach volleyball.

I sleep from 11-7 and am a light sleeper, so prefer someone who also sleeps around these hours or can agree to quiet hours during the work week.

Above all else, I value someone who can communicate. My current housemate needs to move too far south for me to continue living with her. Hoping to find another good match.
