Hello, my name is Jermaine Rodriguez. I recently went through a divorce and am currently looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay while I figure out my next steps in life. I am a full-time music teacher at a private school, where I also teach Spanish. I am currently under contract for the 2026–2027 school year, so I have stable employment and reliable income year-round, including during summer breaks. Outside of teaching, I am a songwriter, producer, composer, and performer. Most weekends I am either performing live or working on music projects, usually quietly with headphones on. During the summer, when school is out, I often travel for music performances and gigs. Personally, I am quiet, respectful, clean, and organized. I have grown adult children and two grandchildren, so I’m well past the partying stage of life. I drink occasionally in social settings, do not smoke, and do not use drugs. I also understand the importance of maintaining a professional lifestyle because I work in education. I am fingerprinted, background checked, and drug tested annually as part of my employment requirements, and I have never had a DUI. I’m simply looking for a stable, comfortable place to call home and would be a respectful and responsible tenant.
