I moved here a year ago and did not do a very good job of exploring to figure out exactly where I really want to land.

I go back-and-forth between Florida and Denver, where I lived for the past 33 years.

Now that I have accepted I am an empty nester, I am enjoying it and the freedom that comes with being able to work from anywhere.

I could do furnished or unfurnished. The only furniture I am keeping as I move out of my place next week (12/15/2023) is my bedroom furniture, but I have a small storage unit lined up to put that into for now.

Would love to be close to the beach, if possible.
