I am a very responsible, respectful and mature individual with a stable job and reliable transportation who consistently maintains a very clean personal and common area which includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchen areas etc. I have knowledge, tools and ability to help maintain yard and/or pool areas if needed. I work full time as an Asset Protection Specialist and also work part time with my fathers company installing and repairing Garage Doors so I can be relied on to make rent payments on time every month. I have no pets or children and no drama.
