I am a 61 year old man, casual and easy going. I believe in respect for all and that in regards to cleanliness, I always leave a common area cleaner than how I found it. I am moving from Folsom area to the East Bay area and intend to stay at least a couple years. I am very steady, work 40 plus hours each week , mind my own business and keep to myself. My Fiancé is remaining in Folsom and so my weekends will mostly be spent there helping her. I look forward to comfortable roomies who are easygoing, relaxed and enjoy life as it comes.
