We are friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, quiet, responsible and clean. We need room with bed for 2 people. I (Vance) need to bring in 1-piece folding, portable Total Gym equipment to exercise daily to remain healthy with a smile!

We have car- need place to park. Need kitchen and bathroom. Request TV in room & Internet - to plug in ROKU in TV & watch. NO NEED FOR CABLE. Need utilities to be included.

I (Vance) am a student at Choice Career College, Des Plaines, IL. We plan to stay 2 yrs & 4 mos or so. As student with less income, we are happy to pay $300-$500 per month.

We plan to move in the first 3 weeks in December 2018, possibly earlier than December 20 2018.
