Employed with the same doctor’s office for the last five years. Will be bringing a cockatiel parrot to live in my private space. Allergic to cats. Non smoker looking for same (or at least not in the house). Current landlord reference available. I work during the day, prefer my nights quieter. Need kitchen/laundry access with private room, okay with large shared bathroom. I’m quiet, clean and friendly although we don’t need to be besties. I’m able to move 2-3 weeks after both parties have agreed it’s a good fit. I’d like a 1 year lease although I’m open to 6 month trial. Good internet access needed.
